1. Who We Are

Wise DME is a locally owned provider of durable medical equipment (DME) — mobility, bracing, bathroom safety, respiratory accessories, and daily-living equipment. We are a registered Colorado LLC operating from a licensed location in Lafayette, Colorado.

2. Not Medical Advice

Information provided on our website and by our staff is for general product and service purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your physician or licensed healthcare provider. Certain equipment requires a valid prescription or physician order, which you are responsible for providing.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We currently operate on a private-pay (self-pay) basis; payment is due at the time of sale or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Insurance billing (Medicaid, Medicare, and private payers) will be offered as our payer enrollment and accreditation are completed — see our Billing & Returns Policy.

4. Prescriptions & Eligibility

Some items require a valid prescription or physician documentation before we can dispense them. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete documentation. We may decline an order where required documentation is missing or where an item is not appropriate for the stated use.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Billing & Returns Policy. For health and safety reasons, certain medical items are non-returnable once opened or used, except where defective.

6. Product Use & Safety

You agree to use all equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and any guidance from your healthcare provider. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to those instructions.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our or others' rights. Our content, logos, and branding are owned by Wise and Wiser DME LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for applicable manufacturer warranties and warranties that cannot be excluded under law, products and our website are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise and Wiser DME LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
